Shipping & Handeling

​Orders placed Monday through Friday before 16:00 GMT+1 are shipped out within 5 working days.

  • All our orders are shipped by PostNL or DHL. Your order can be tracked via Track & Trace

  • Transport costs will be calculated based on weight and country of destination. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay

  • Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement

  • MU Design Store is not liable for any damage caused by exceeded delivery periods. As soon as your order leaves our shop you will be informed by an email about the delivery

  • Incorrect delivery addresses or delivery addresses lacking information are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional costs

  • If the transporter is not able to deliver, after 3 attempts the order will be sent directly back to us. If you wish the order to be resent, additional shipping costs will apply

Shipping Rates

Free shipping for purchases of € 100 or more from the Netherlands, € 150 from within the EU and € 250 or more from other countries.

Netherlands

Shipping charges within the Netherlands is from €10,00- weights up to 23kg weights in total weights of your order. Orders above €100 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number by an email shortly after your order has been shipped out.

Belgium

Shipping charges within the Netherlands is from €6,00- up to 23kg weights in total weights of your order. Orders above €100 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number by an email shortly after your order has been shipped out.

EU region 1

EU region 1 is included Austria, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Shipping charges are from €20,00- up to 2kg weights in total of your order. Orders above €120 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number by an email shortly after your order has been shipped out.

EU region 2

EU region 1 is included Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland. Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Swithland. Shipping charges are from €21,00- up to 2kg weights in total of your order. Orders above €120 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number by an email shortly after your order has been shipped out. All other countries are handled as international shipments.

International

Please note that as we ship using DHL, there will be a charge above normal shipping rates.

Please enter your shipping destination to get our latest international rates. We ship worldwide, so also to you. Shipping charges are from €60,00- up to 2kg weights in total of your order. Orders above €250 are shipped out for free.

Returns & Exchanges

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of the product, however, we are a small business and each one is done by hand, so sometimes mistakes are made due to human error.

If the product is unintentionally, defective, damaged, soiled, or different from your order, it will be apparently unintentional within 7 days of the arrival of the product.

After confirmation, the person in charge will contact you again.

 

The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging accompanied by the order number. We can only accept the return when the sender of the returned items can be identified and when conditions as described above are complied with. After given approval, we will transfer the amount to be reimbursed (minus shipping costs) to you within one month.

You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returning the product. For defective items, misdelivery, or damage during transportation, please send the item by cash on delivery.

Only products purchased on www.nozomiakutsu.com/shop may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to MU are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the order will be completed when the payment is confirmed, and you cannot change or cancel the order details after that.

We will provide the shipping address to return the item by an email.
