Return / exchange policy
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of the product, but if the product is unintentionally defective, defective, damaged, soiled, or different from your order, it will be apparently unintentional within 7 days of the arrival of the product.
Please contact email@example.com with a photo of the defective product. After confirmation, the person in charge will contact you again.
*We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returning the product. For defective items, misdelivery, or damage during transportation, please send the item by cash on delivery.
If you wish to exchange it, in principle, it will be exchanged for the same product. If a replacement is not available, we will contact you again.
Please note that regardless of the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
・ Products used
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
・ Products without packages (bags / cases)
・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page
Only products purchased on www.nozomiakutsu.com/shop may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to MU are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation of goods
Please note that the order will be completed when the payment is confirmed, and you cannot change or cancel the order details after that.
