Return / exchange policy

Returns/exchanges

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of the product, but if the product is unintentionally defective, defective, damaged, soiled, or different from your order, it will be apparently unintentional within 7 days of the arrival of the product. 

 

Please contact designstoremu@gmail.com with a photo of the defective product. After confirmation, the person in charge will contact you again.

The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging accompanied by the order number. We can only accept the return when the sender of the returned items can be identified and when conditions as described above are complied with. After given approval, we will transfer the amount to be reimbursed (minus shipping costs) to your bank account within one month.

*We apologise for the inconvenience, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returning the product. For defective items, misdelivery, or damage during transportation, please send the item by cash on delivery.

Only products purchased on www.nozomiakutsu.com/shop may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to MU are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation of goods

Please note that the order will be completed when the payment is confirmed, and you cannot change or cancel the order details after that.
